Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.
Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, organized, and ready for new arrivals.
Report any maintenance issues or lost items to the supervisor.
Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
Respond promptly and politely to guest requests and inquiries.
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift/move items.
A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
